My journey in Health, Safety, and Environment began over 30 years ago – long before “HSE culture” became a buzzword. From my early days as an Environmental Engineer at WAPDA, to my years with multinational companies like OMV Pakistan and PETRONAS Carigali, and later as Head of HSE at Mari Petroleum, I have seen how safety leadership can transform not just operations, but people.
I have been fortunate to receive advanced international training in HSE management, environmental auditing, leadership effectiveness, and risk management from institutions in the UK, Malaysia, Japan, South Africa, and Dubai. These experiences reinforced a simple truth – that lasting safety performance comes not just from systems, but from empowered people and strong leadership.
With Alpha Connect, I want to turn decades of experience into practical solutions that help organizations build safer, resilient, and high-performing cultures. I focus on advancing HSE maturity, ESG assurance, and leadership accountability. Safety should be embraced, not imposed — and that’s the journey I’m proud to lead.
